Alfreda McCray, PMP Hello and welcome!
My name is Alfreda McCray and I am currently training with the International Coach Academy as a certified professional life coach. My coaching practice is focused around spiritual coaching, the nurturing of self and the human spirit. Spirit-Filled Coaching was started in Jan 2010 to develop the passion I have for helping others live full lives. Prior to entering the field of coaching, I worked as a project manager in the field of IT supporting many federal and state government contracting agencies. I have a passion for teaching and the arts and author several written electronic mediums including the Keeping Spirit Filled blog as well as the Bowlines, a collection of inspirational poetry. While attending ICA, I am also complimenting my training with a specialization in Christian Coaching from the Dream Mentors Transformational Coaching Institute (DMTCI) in Orlando, Florida.
